Pencil Dress PDF Digital Sewing Pattern

A girls dress sewing pattern perfect for picnics in the park. Designed to go from a dress to a tunic as your little wearer grows. The pdf sewing pattern includes the instructions to make the dress as well as a fabric stamping tutorial for the watermelon option (shown in pic 2).

Now available for kids sizes 1-6. The girls dress pattern runs large and has a roomy fit so there's space for your little one to grow.

You can use any light weight woven fabric you like. This designer fabric from Montreal would make a very cute dress.  

What's included:

- digital PDF (20 pages total; you only need to print and cut out 9) with color photos, step by step instructions and pattern pieces in sizes 1-6. See size chart in the last picture. 
- includes paper sizes for 8.5 by 11 home printing, 24 by 36 inch and A1 sizes for printing at your local copy shop

Project level:
- beginner

Materials needed:
- 1 to 1 1/4 yards of fabric. A mid-weight woven fabric such as organic cotton, poplin, tencel, linen, quilting cotton, or chambray would work best.
- thread to match your fabric
- 3 inches of 1/8 inch width elastic

- sewing machine
- scissors
- iron
- fabric pins
- printer
- tape
