As a small Canadian business, we want to keep things transparent and easy when it comes to shipping to our U.S. customers—especially with some recent changes to import rules.
📦 What’s New?
As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. has updated its import regulations. Previously, shipments under $800 USD were exempt from duties—but that exemption has been removed. Now, all packages entering the U.S. may be subject to tariffs unless they qualify under the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA).
🧵 Good News for You
Our sewing patterns are made in Canada and qualify for duty-free shipping under CUSMA. We include the necessary documentation with every order to ensure your package arrives smoothly and without extra costs.

- Flat-rate shipping to the U.S.
- A handwritten thank-you note (because we’re old-school like that)
If you are wanting to avoid shipping costs and logistics altogether you can purchase our PDF patterns available for instant download. You can either print them at home or take it to a local print shop or check with your sewing shop if they print themselves or k now where you can get it done in your area.
